THE MENTORS

The Regional Training Center MIMAROPA, (RTC MIMAROPA) was founded in 2018 by the Will of GOD through the people who unselfishly and relentlessly offered their dedication to duty and the spirit of public service with the leadership of POLICE LIEUTENANT COLONEL ROBERTO RAYALA ODIVER, JR.

Prior to the establishment of RTC MIMAROPA, all regional training centers were then under the administration and control of the Philippine Public Safety College. By that time, RTC 4A had been accommodating police trainees and students both from PRO 4A and 4B until PLTCOL ODIVER, who was then the RTD of RTC 4A, realized that its high time for the MIMAROPA police to have a training center collocated within the PRO MIMAROPA area of responsibility. Upon approval by the PPSC President PLTGEN RICARDO F DE LEON, and through the help and support of HON. RONALDO MORTEL MORADA, a former police officer, the RTC MIMAROPA was established in 2018 at Sitio Ibong, Barangay Pag-asa, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro.
